Frasure PaintingThe work was exceptional. My entire house was covered with 4 years' worth of accumulated insect debris, spider webs, green fungus/algae/mold and more, all over the siding, inside the exterior window frames, and every nook and cranny. Because my house is off-white, everything showed ... When the work was done, the house was spotless. He even did an outdoor pet shelter on my patio and sprayed the gutter guards.- Victoria B.

Frasure PaintingIf I could give this company an A+, I would. Scott was a pure professional from the start. All phone calls were answered promptly. Scott was very knowledgeable on different methods of concrete sealing. He was on time or even a few minutes early on all 3 visits to my home. He was very polite and took the time to explain the work that would be done, answer all my questions and make me feel at ease. The job even came in under what he quoted, which was a nice surprise also. I would not hesitate to call Scott again for any job that I need done in the future. Frasure PaintingI had a 14-year old natural, weathered deck that had never been taken care of. Scott came in and power washed the deck, tightened down some boards that had come loose and bowed up, fixed a step that had lost support and was leaning downward, and then stained the entire deck. He was so responsive from my first inquiry to giving me a quote and then coming quickly and getting the job done in no time! I was anxious because I had company coming and wanted to be able to use the deck. He did a FANTASTIC job and I so appreciate his service! The deck looks great! I will use him again to continue maintenance on the deck and would recommend him to others.- Linda P.

He spent the time needed to get all the siding clean using a good cleaner. He also brought his own water supply with him for the pressure washing. DECK RESCUE LLCSeen the before and after of their process at a home show. They provided an onsite quote which was accepted. They where on time when they indicated they would be there for the deck cleaning and again when they stained the deck. Very pleased with the whole process and the deck looks great!- Hal F.

Mel Yoder Home Improvement LLCOnce we were able to get the work scheduled, the workmen were prompt, efficient, hard working, respectful, and cleaned up well when they were finished. We have not received a final bill yet but expect it to be satisfactory. There had been a delay in getting the work scheduled because of negotiations with our insurance company, and then we were out of town on a previously scheduled vacation. We had hoped to have the work done before we left, but because of their busy schedule it was hard to get us on their schedule.- Joan S.

Surface MasterExcellent. Brick cleaning on inside of home wonderful, no excess water on floor. He performed every service impeccably. Removed stains from my carpeting that I had been two for 2 years. Chain carpet cleaning companies said that they were oxidized and would not come out. After he enzymed my carpets, no more dog smell. He has even offered to come back another time with a new product to take out the last stain, very oxidized, that he thought he would finish getting out. I have yet to call him because I have been too busy, not his fault. He was very flexible with his time. We scheduled 9:00 a. I called at 7:00 a. and asked for earlier. He promptly showed up 1 hour early and began working. It began and rain and he took additional measures to keep my flooring clean and not track anything in. He also protected all my door frames with protection so not to damage them with his hose. He is extremely neat. Price for what he did was great.- kathy h.

Seaway ServicesTom Oberly started the job 2 weeks late and did not come and do the job himself. Instead he sent and employee that worked 2 hours power washing incompletely and damaged my wood porch floor in the process. It took 2 months before he would correct my porch floor or return my deposit. An extremely negative experience with Seaway Services!- Donna G.

Complete Home ServicesThey did the work about the end of September. We called made an appointment. No one showed up or called us. We had to call them and reschedule. The owner made excuses that some one messed up and it was not his fault. Same thing happened on the second scheduled visit; no one showed up no one called. They did finally show up after we called and scheduled the third appointment. Lack of follow up on the owners side is why I would give them an F. I would only recommend them to some one I do not like. They get a F from me.- Cecil F.

The company placed a postcard in my door so I called to get an estimate to have my deck cleaned and treated. The first call was never returned but I called again a week later and I spoke to someone who said once the weather cleared he would do a drive by. That was over a month ago and nothing. If they didn't want my business, why bother advertising the company by placing information in my door?

I'd give him an A+! They went above and beyond the call of what they needed to do. They worked all hours to get the job done, they were here past 11 pm when I had to say lets call it an evening. It was a job well done and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to everybody!

The first rep spent two hours at the house, did a long presentation touting ethical values (with biblical quotes no less) of the company and their guarantees and concern for the customer, gave a verbal estimate with a promise of a written one next day as it was almost ready. I called him a week later, he was working for a different company already and told me to call reception to get to a different rep. That rep called me after a week, did not know what the agreement had been. Pulled something out of a hat without knowing anything about the property other than the scetchy notes he had on the computer. No apologies, no concern about misunderstanding and lack of information. Just sent me an estimate for skylight only which was higher than what I got before from the first rep. So much for integrity.

The job was mostly completed. John did not respond to our request to repair loose shakes. We paid upfront for maintenance of roof and gutters. Because he didn't appear after several requests, we hired a gutter cleaner and will hire another maintenance company. We paid a pretty price and resent that he has be AWOl.
