Lewis Appliance is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. The technician was kind and competent, but the office staff is AWFUL. The secretary purposely sabotaged my warranty repair, so I had to wait 6 months for service with no washer and dryer the whole time. Take a look at their Google reviews. Almost all of their customers say the same thing. I’m going to sell this washer and dryer just to avoid ever having to use Lewis Appliance again. It’s amazing to me that they still have service contracts. The AIG customer service representative was conferenced in with me and the Lewis Appliance secretary and heard how terrible she treats customers. The fact that their warranty contracts are still intact is a miracle. AIG must not care about how their customers are treated. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and posting reviews on every platform imaginable to warn other customers about this company. Consumers: trust the reviews.

I paid for a service call on 6.18.21 and also paid for the repair on 7.2.21 for our Bosch dishwasher. The problem still exists and was never repaired correctly. The same error code that displayed initially as E25 still is showing. I left a message on 7.3.21 (after running the dishwasher for the first time) to explain the situation along with the fact that I need an expedited appointment to fix this issue once and for all without further service/parts fees (or a refund for the part that I already paid for that did not fix the problem). I was returned a called today, 7/6/21 to be cursed and yelled at repeatedly by the owner, Larry, and subsequently hung up on. I am shocked and dismayed at the unprofessionalism of how my call was handled and furthermore extremely frustrated that the company refuses to come back and fix the problem that was paid to be repaired.

Paid my $96 and got stiffed by them. They claimed it would cover parts replacement labor only when they determined the problem. Tech was not able to hear the grinding noise from my 3.5 year old Maytag washer when he visited for 18 minutes. He asked me to record it and send him the file. I did and sound lasted for 3-5 seconds and was loud as ****. Took them two weeks to open the file and another 3 days to call me back. Of which they said the noise cannot be determined and I need to just wait for it to die and buy a new washer. These people have no idea how to run a business. When I take a car in to be serviced at Firestone, they never tell me they can’t fix it. This people are incapable. I must have made at least 10 phones between them and Maytag and neither can help. Both suck equally. Not to mention the ladies answering the phone are rude. Maytag is owned by Whirlpool.

If you want to be spoken to rudely in your own home, don't mind them showing up and hour late, make excuses, want to wait weeks for a repair. Call Lewis. If you want good service, avoid this company like the plague. Specifically the service tech names Joe. After 5 service calls own the same unit, I could write a book about Lewis Appliance and they horrible service. Do not call this company for service. You will regret it.

Horrible customer service. We received our invoice on Jan 17th after returning from vacation (envelope post marked Jan 12th). We called with a question on the manufacturer's warranty the next day (Jan 18th) to be told the bill was being sent to collections. When we explained that we had just received the invoice that week the response from management was "Too Bad. Nothing we can do." 6 day pay period before being sent to collections? Seriously? On top of that - they didn't even fix the issue with our fridge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Getting extended warranty took a couple of weeks, but once approved ... part was ordered. And Lewis installed the part the day after it arrived in Mansfield! They are great.
