"I found Jay on Angie's List and contacted him to arrange for an estimate. Jay actually stopped by that same afternoon (6:00 pm) and was ready to do the work if I wanted. We agreed and he finished the repairs in about 30 minutes. Since I was making various repairs and upgrades to the house in the hopes of selling it this summer, I was anxious to find someone to fix the iron raling soon. Most companies had long lead times, PLUS, I would have had to bring the heavy railing in myself or pay for a pick-up fee. Jay operates a mobile unit and said he could come right to the house. It was a true blessing. To top it off, Jay stopped by and did the work the same day I called him. He was courteous, professional, and did an excelent job. He showed me his portfolio and explained his range of services. I would definitlely use him again."

UPDATE-6/6/15: 

Earlier this spring, the roof began to peel and blow off. It wasn't properly secured at the edges. I called Bazell to come fix it, and they came and fiddled with it, but didn't really do much of anything helpful. Consequently, the roof has started leaking in places. He indicated to us initially that the roof should last us a good 20 years or so, but we've called and called, and he hasn't returned to really fix it. I don't think it would realistically take much more than $30 or so to repair it adequately with screws and washers."
