"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

"He met deadlines, schedules, and budgets, and respected my ideas, helping me achieve what I needed. I'm super happy with what he did; my home generator is already connected, so even if the electricity goes out, I won't miss my meal or my favorite TV show. I'll finish my work on the computer, and he gave me a very competitive price."

"Installed everything i needed satisfactorily and cleaned up afterwards."

"Pretty straight forward. Establish size, generator. Installed in an afternoon. Work professional and neat."

"Joshua did a great job installing can lights in the living room of our new house. He explained everything to me so that I understood all of the steps before we began, and he stayed late to finish the project in one day. We noticed a small issue with some of the electrical boxes too, and he fixed that easily the next morning. Great work and a great price!"

"Harold and his team showed up right on time, and got to work without delay. They were clean, quick and didn’t even bat an eye at our two small children who kept asking who they were and what they were doing. They installed a new breaker box, and meter box, it looks far more clean and professional than the person/company who built our house. My husband and I highly recommend this team and will absolutely rehire them should that time come."
