Company consists of myself and my son Paul. We have a total of 55 years experience. We do all the sealing work ourselves and by hand--no spray machines. Based in Cincinnati, we take care of the tri-state area but we have expanded our operations to the Dayton area now. I immediately called Darwin Paredes on the phone and told him I would appreciate it if he would come over and look at the roof. I expressed my concern that the new shingles did not fully match the old ones. I thought it would be better perhaps if full shingles were used so that the patchwork would not be quite so obvious. I spoke with Darwin a few times and he said he would look at the roof. He did not come back to look at it. I left a few more messages on his phone's voice mail and sent him two emails. He did not respond."
