"Apex custom is a very excellent company. First of all, Mark an owner is very easy to work with. His word is good. No false promises are ever given. Scheduling the work with him was seamless. Mark and his crew would show up and do the work every day until the job was completed. I never had to call them back simply to finish the work. It was completed when he said they were done. Secondly, every person working in the company is very professional. All of the workers are polite, clean and respectful of your property while they are doing the job. All messes are cleaned up after each day of work. Finally, the end result is magnificent! We had a large amount of brick work, stone work and uniquely designed patio walls and stone work done. It looks so professionally done. We kept waiting for Home and Garden TV to call us to do an expose on our patio work because it looks so beautiful. "He told me that my work would be done according to the order in which the contract was received. The first date that he promised was in may he didn't show up until October. He broke my sprinkler system in several places. He fixed one of those places he never fixed the other one . He put the brick sidewalk up too high near the shed. So that when the ground froze. I could not open the shed door. The next spring I called him complaining about the shed door and sprinkler system. He sent a crew over who fixed one spot on the sprinkler system. But would not fix the bricks by the shed door. He refused to fix the bricks by the shed door. But said he would come over cut off. The bottom of the shed door so I would open over the bricks even in the winter. He never did when I called to ask him to come and cut off the shed door he hung up on me and then wouldn't take many calls. I hired somebody else to cut off the shed doors. "
