Upon completion of our concrete patio and after the crew had left, it was discovered a chunk of the side was cracked and broken, there were concrete splatter on the house and holes/gaps in the patio. In addition to the poor quality of work, yard clean up was found to be poured as chunks of concrete and stone were found scattered throughout the yard and the crew tried to hide it by covering it with dirt. The company was contacted, asked to return and fix these problems, which was done but the patio was fixed with some sort of epoxy, which has left three dark discolored marks on the patio. Follow up to resolve the issue resulted in a company representative coming to the home suggesting 'painting' the entire patio with a multi-component polyurethane sealant in hopes of covering up the marks. When the company was contacted to discuss other options, contact was never made and messages never returned. To this point, owner of the company has never come back out to the home to see the problems his crew left and has never returned our phone calls/texts/emails to discuss ways of rectifying the problem. Initially, owner of the company, Jestin Shank, was very persistent in seeking our business and would text/call/email regularly but we have not heard from his since the patio was poured.

When tree fell on our roof in storm 2012, we had an excellent job by Kuntry Haven to repair.  They came on time to provide the estimate and do the work.  Completed the job in a timely manner and did a great job of clean up. They had great attention to detail and made sure that my concerns were addressed. They even coordinated their break schedule so my pets could go outside and go to the bathroom which is utmost importance to me.

The building went up quickly, but once the finish details were obvious and needed attention and repair, the company became very difficult to deal with and they were always interested in one thing and one thing only -getting paid.The icing on the cake came on 8/25 when a cocky young guy named Colin came with his poor old grandfather to finish the framing details for the three ovehead doors on the barn. They arrived at dusk and had to use the headlights of their truck to see what they were doing. I tried for three days to get this resolved and each day, the work never got completed. I think that the blueprints and notes that I was leaving could not be read by the people being sent. I honestly don't think a lot of these guys could read.Anyway, I went out to see if I could help - I had to give them a ladder since they did on have one. After they finished, they asked for the final check which I reluctantly gave them. Sunday morning I went out to inspect their work under daylight, and I was SHOCKED to find that they ran into the barn with their white service truck, wrecking the siding and the man door and overhead door trim. I called them, sent photos and text messages, and they ignored me, since they now had all of my money. I have contacted the BBB and Angies List to warn all potential customers against using this company. I will have to hire someone to fix this damage (estimated at $650) and likley hire a lawyer to get some money back from this group.

The price was great, over all it was good but there were a couple of things that did bother me. They were very responsive but I have to downgrade them on the quality just a little bit. the drive way had some stains. The workers were a bit sloppy and dropped dirt on the concrete while it was wet. I complained about that and he said don't worry about that. When it drys we will come and wash it out. That of course didn't work because it was in the concrete. A year later I still have those spots but they are fading. there were some corners that wasn't finished well. I felt they were just sloppy about it because the forms wasn't put down properly. If you didn't live here you wouldn't know it. The owners young sone came out and did some of the work to tear out the old concrete. He drove a bobcat and broke tile in the front because he ran into a wall. He was in the front yard doing wheelies. They said they would fix that but they never did. I was left with these big gauges in my front yard. The grass is not growing back like it did. They didn't monitor him to carefully. The driveway went level and had a break and then went down. I had some trouble with water accumulating. They said the driveway should just be one angle all the way to the street. they went down to the street and cut out a curb that was there and it made the base four or five inches lower then before. they put the driveway in and it was six to eight inches of yard level. That is when they had graded it and came back the next day to lay concrete. that is when I had them change the contour. he said you should have told us before the workers left but I didn't see it. they came back and put in ten tons of stone to raise it. So I have a stone thick driveway but he charged me $300.00 more to do that. Overall now it is fine.
