I was quoted a reasonable price agreeing to the charge. I just felt it was going to be more of a job than either of us thought. I was correct as Josh snaked and augured the drain pipes without success. Moving to a clean out he worked revealing a grease plug. To move it required air and water pressure and an acceptable price increase. After about four hours, all blockage was moved along and the drain was open. We did call hey Mr. cotton in Louisville who is in the same ZIP Code as we are in. He was reluctant to come to our address because he felt it was too far. But he did offered to come to our home reluctantly. But he would not come for the "even an Angie's list or our plumbing problem. Therefore we contacted Lenhart's plumbing which is a much greater distance from my home and they performed the necessary plumbing had a much llower cost and want to have a harsh. I even gave us a senior discount . They were very courteous and careful to clean up any debris. We recommend them highly.

They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."
