"I can't say enough good things about this company. Michael quoted me an estimate, we set date for work, he was there on time, had the job done that day and he never quit until the job was finished. He has all the proper tools needed and he knows how to use them. My home needed electric improvements. He removed the old light in the kitchen and installed a new led light and installed a completely new ceiling light in my pantry. He then put in a new electrical outlet and switch for that room. Also changed old outlet in laundry room and put in proper new outlet/switch. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to help me out. He even replaced my recessed light bulbs that had quit working. Would definitely recommend this company. If you call them, they call you back, you set your appointment date, they are there right on time and when the job is finished, they clean up after themselves. I know I will be using them again in the near future."

"Horrible. Payment with credit card had to be made before booking. I did so and staff were to arrive Saturday 11/23 at 11 AM . No one came. No one called. I later checked my email and learned that they cancelled and rescheduled for 11/25 at 11 AM. By that time, I had called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Someone arrived on 11/25 and called me. I told him to start the job. Before I could call my credit card company, he had left!!! He did so without informing me. What a waste of my time! I called Handy and cancelled the job. They responded by giving me a credit! I do not want a credit; I want a refund of my payment. I will not be using the credit since I have no intention of ever dealing with such an outfit ever again. No communication. No customer support. Very bad experience."
