We are a mold abatement company. We also do lead paint clearance testing and abatement. We do 3rd party monitoring for water damage. We are licensed by the state of Ohio for lead paint abatement and asbestos testing. We have certifications for mold abatement and mold assessments.

They worked and kept me informed at beginning and end of day.Any issues were brought to my attention and we did a walk through of the job when they finished. No. Standard homeowners insurance does not cover any kind of lead remediation, focusing instead on sudden, unpreventable events like fires and theft. Many insurance companies will specifically exclude lead paint removal, since it tends to be an expensive and unavoidable project.
