"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Our services start with a complementary In-Home design consultation, with an experienced window fashions consultant. Our consultants collaborate with the client, in the comfort of their home, to show our products (fabrics, hardware, blinds, shades, shutters & all Hunter Douglas products) in the rooms and in the light where they’ll be seen and enjoyed. Each window treatment is truly "one of a kind," as they are handcrafted just for our clients, in our on-site workroom. We do the measuring and installation to make our client’s home project easy!
