The reason I am writing another review is that I hired another company to finish patio. .my biggest mistake. LTB is always busy but I should wait for them. I would never give any project to anyone just to LTB construction and Yuri company. Not just they beat anyone price the most important is the work they do. And they are very proud of it. Perfect! No need for multiple estimate s. Just hire them . I am already hiring them for another project. Thank you LTB construction and remodeling . Best of the best !!!!!!"

"The tiles in our master bath shower were original to house and so with 20 plus years of "use" they were just getting old.  The water sealant had failed.  The tiles were falling off and the board underneath were in danger of water damage.  Plus the shower door itself had accumulated hard water buildup.  
Greg had patched a large hole in our drywall, so I contracted with him for the shower repairs.  He and Jerry again were terrific. Arrived on time both days.  They removed the shower door and support structure.  While Greg cleaned it (took awhile --- that hard water build up was tough), Jerry removed the lower third or so of the shower tiles, replaced them with new tiles, and recaulked the entire set of seams.  Then they reinstalled the shower door.
The shower is just great.  Clean.  Bright.  Looks as if the house itself were brand new.    Both times now, I have been very happy with the work Greg and Jerry have done.   They have become my "go to" guys for any future home repairs we may need.

"Brock did a great job and was very thorough. They put in a drywell for drainage to get water away from our building, and added a rock bed. They removed ground ivy and leveled everything. They also added a drain pipe to move water from the roof drains away from the building because the previous drain was obstructed by tree roots. They also repaired some erosion under the sidewalk that was created by the roof drains not draining properly. Everything was completed in a timely manner and communication was excellent. I would use Marshall Home Improvement for future projects for sure."
