"They showed up on time. The fence product I chose was not familiar to my installer but he took care of ordering it and learning how it worked. It’s called Wam Bam and we had a good time with that brand name. The guys did a beautiful job and cleaned up and even stuck a couple of plants back in the ground for me."

I have been a roofer for many years and have been in business since 1996 . I am honest. I would be the person who gives you the estimate for the roof and the crew boss on the job. I can provide to date references as well as pictures. Dunn Right Roofing is far the best choice. We can meet all of your roofing needs .Storm damage of any type , or just a Handyman repair.

"Pros: Lance was wonderful to work with. He was very professional and personable. His crew worked quietly and cleaned up each day. Lance met with me at the end of each day and let me know what was done and what was next. We had terrible weather (heavy rain every couple of days) and no stone base under our existing drive which made the job so much harder in the muddy clay. Lance hung in there and did a beautiful job. At one point when the cement had been poured, formed, and brushed, a cat ran along the drive for about 20 feet leaving deep paw prints. Lance jumped into action and was able to repair damage before the cement set.I would not hesitate to hire Lance again for other work. Cons: Keep in mind that my cons may be because of my lack of understanding of concrete work. Deep ruts where the base boards were placed were left along the entire length of drive on both sides. This makes mowing hard and I have already twisted ankle stepping in the crack. The drive does not come up to my property line as requested leaving several inches that could have been paved. The completed work did not get barricade tape at the sidewalk street area to prevent someone from leaving the sidewalk (and someone did) and putting foot prints in the wet cement. Again, the tape and filling in the ruts may very well have been my responsibility and I am giving Lance the benefit of the doubt and giving top marks. Again I look forward to working with Lance in the future."

Playground Equipment questions, answered by experts

If your seedlings have reached a few inches in height and the weather outside has stabilized to where you’re no longer seeing overnight temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, it may be time to start hardening them off to get them ready to be planted in the garden.

The average lifespan for a playset is around eight to ten years, but you can probably make it last to 15 years with good weather conditions and proper maintenance. If you’re purchasing a pre-made playset, some brands offer warranties for up to 25 years—long after your kiddos are grown.

It may be tempting to DIY the construction of a swing set to save money, but we don’t recommend it. Since children will use the swing set, the entire system must be solid and safe, meaning the cost savings aren’t worth potentially endangering them. Plus, most DIYers will have to build their swing sets out of wood, which won’t last as long as metal or vinyl and introduces the risk of splinters. Instead, hire a local playground equipment installer to ensure the swing set is built safely and efficiently, setting up your kids for fun for years to come.

For artificial turf that’s the most durable, look for heat-resistant products with thicker blades. Keep in mind that there’s a difference between artificial grass versus artificial turf, with turf consisting of a shorter look while artificial grass is longer and more closely resembles real grass.

Generally speaking, building a swing set is cheaper than buying a prefabricated one, but this assumes you have all the tools and knowledge to complete the project. The average cost to build a swing set is $514, but you should also factor in the time and effort it will require—if you don’t want to give up your weekend, it’s worth considering buying instead of building.
