Installers called ahead, were promt, clean, professional , very nice, explained what they were doing, showed us how to use the equipment, did more than what they had to. Cleaned up afterwards especially the floor, making sure nothing was left.
Clearwater SystemsTed walked me through the whole process, explaining the problem and proposed fix in detail. He showed me the faulty parts and gave me an accurate estimate of total cost.
He was inebriated when he showed up at my house. He said the job was too big for him to do. He was not prepared with an estimate or any type of paperwork. He was not on time at all and even showed up at the most inconvenient time, when I told him I was going to be unavailable.
