"We had Remark Construction finish our basement recently, and honestly, the whole experience was fantastic. From day one, they were super professional, easy to talk to, and really respectful of our home and time. At the start of the project, we worked directly with Chris, the owner, and he was great—quick to respond, gave us a fair price, and explained everything clearly. He laid out the process in a way that made sense and didn’t drag things out. Yes, masonry is more expensive than concrete because the labor is much more involved. With masonry, your expert will build your project from the ground up, one piece at a time, ensuring they use the proper amount of mortar or grout during construction and keeping the project level or plumb. You can technically install a chain link fence without any concrete. However, your fence will be less stable and more likely to shift or lean over time. 

Instead, try setting the terminal, gate, and corner posts with concrete and filling the line post holes with dirt. You’ll build a stable foundation without spending all afternoon mixing concrete.
