My company consists of myself and on occasion a helper if the job requires it. I focus on roofing and gutters. This allows me to keep it simple, and give my customers the respect that they deserve from start to finish. Also because my company is so small, I do not accept credit cards, but will gladly accept a personal check or cash. I am licensed as a roofer for the city of Columbus, also bonded, and insured.

"I called James at 7:30 on Monday morning. I explained that after the weekend storms I discovered a leak coming through the roof. James told me he could be out the same day. At 1:00 James called me and arrived at my home. He assessed the leak, took a photo to show me the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. I've seen no leaking since then. James is fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. I will call him again when the need arises."

Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away. If I'd been informed while he was here that it I didn't act before a certain date I would be charged I would've been able to make a more educated decision."

"They are so unprofessional and doesn't have good custom service. We have a 3 day project turn into 3 weeks because the guys only work 2 -4 hours a day. And they will fight you on everything and imply that you are wrong when you tell them a certian brick is suppose to be on our project. Now they are refusing to finish the job since they are to lazy to seal my new patio and wont return text phone calls are emails. I had to call and check in the progress everyday because they were gone and didnt give me an update everyday like i was promised soneone would check in every day. Please go somewhere else you will be happier with another company."
