The dishwasher needed a new part. he told me how much it would cost and when it would be available and said he would call me to confirm. He did exactly as promised and finish the repair. The fridge needed to be cleaned. No new parts. Always answers cals quickly and both times was able to accommodate visits very quickly and to my schedule. I can't recommend him enough."
