"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

I am exceptional at cleaning, and excel in organization. There isn't anything I won't tackle. I have been cleaning cabins and houses since I was 12 years old. I have my own shampooer, and cleaning supplies, I do charge less if you want me to use your supplies. I have one other employee, and my rates are the cheapest around. I can also refer you to an amazing carpet cleaner who has outstanding ratings both on here and the BBB. I will offer occasional cleaning where you pay what you feel is worth the job for first time customers, any questions please feel free to ask. I also can work late, for those who have odd work schedules.
