"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

We clean up damages from fire damage, water damage, and mold issues. In a fire damage, we can pack everything out of the house while the house is being redone, clean all the items, and then return all the items upon completion of the house. We also do the fire cleanup and possible repairs to the building. On a water damage, we extract the water, dry out the structure with proper drying equipment, spray for mold and then do any needed repairs. On a structure with mold, we assess the source of the problem, do any mold remediation and then treat the structure. All our remediation work comes with a five year warranty. We are a preferred vendor for insurance companies, we bill the insurance company directly for you. We can handle any size loss, we also do residential and commercial work.
