He told me when the stone started falling off that I had a problem. His wife told me to not call anymore. I did get a settlement for the stone to be taken off and installed properly. It was never installed correctly to the manufacturer’s warranty. They wouldn't respond to the attorney on emails....

THIS COMPANY WAS AWFUL. WE WERE PROMISED A 9 AM DELIVERY, AND THEY SHOWED UP AT 1 PM (THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE AT 11 AM). THEY BROUGHT OUT THE STONE AND WERE TO TAILGATE IT. WE HAD EXPLAINED THAT WE HAD A CONSTRUCTION STATE DRIVE THAT NEEDED TO BE LEVELED AND WIDENED. I INQUIRED...
