We had a sewer blockage that another company could not fix. John was patient and kind and such an advocate to help us understand what caused the backup and how to prevent it in the future. No one does that anymore, his knowledge and expertise were far above his competitors. He fixed our issue quickly and allowed us to enjoy the rest of the holiday.
