He called one day to be sure we'd be home. He came and did the deck repairs in 2 hours. We were extremely satisfied with the arrangement and with the outcome. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
