I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"After having another plumber over (who was also highly rated on Angies List), he simply turned on all my hot water lines and told me "All Fixed". I asked him if we needed to flush the hot water heater and he said no. 5 minutes after the first plumber left, my hot water lines had tons of the resin in it again from the hot water heater and was clogging up all my sinks again. I called the first plumber back and he got irritated with me (I felt he did not believe me) and said there was nothing I could do and I needed to buy a new hot water heater. Even though he couldn't come out to my house, this plumber walked me thorough multiple steps and descriptions over multiple calls in enough details that I bought and installed all I needed to fix the issue and save my hot water heater!
