"EXCELLENT! My phone rang within 2 minutes of hitting 'enter' on my search. Mr. Thompson actually apologized for not being able to get to me that day and we scheduled a pickup for the next day. They did an excellent job. He was able to work around my schedule to give me an estimate. He provided me list of what he was going to use and the charge that of each material and encouraged me to see if I can get it cheaper if I wanted to. I did check a few stores and he had the lowest price. He did extra work without charging me extra.
