Just prior to the install I broke a plubming fixture in the master bathroom. Without missing a beat Robert gave me an estimate for the plumbing repair as well as a slight enhancement (raising the shower head 4 inches, I'm tall). He completed the plumbing repair, testing the water seal then launched right into the dry wall project.. Sometimes they'll miss some of the edging around the fence, but it doesn't really bother me. Strangely, I've had to ask them to send me a bill a couple of times. I think they're putting the bill in the mailbox after they cut and then the mailman removes it when he delivers the mail, so I don't get the bill."
