Victors Home Solutions is the premier home improvement company across the Midwest, serving Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, providing the highest quality roof installation and repairs, along with gutter and attic insulation services. Beginning with our Free 21 Point Inspection, the Victors crew will take the time to talk with you and find the right roof solution for your home. We take pains to keep your grounds clean and damage free. The only way you can tell we were on your property is your new roof and a yard sign.

"sales practices are deceptive. My sales rep came to the house and evaluated my roof. I had no illusions that my roof was in good shape. It needed to be replaced. Victors touts themselves as roof specialists and will give an “honest” evaluation of your roof. I am sure you have seen the commercials. My rep went into the crawl space, on the roof, and presented photos of the roof. The cost was high, and my wife and I said no to the original offer but when they came down in price by $6,000.00, we agreed to the contract. This is where they got us. The price included three sheets of wood but any wood on top of that would be $85.00 per sheet. I asked our rep if he thought all of the wood on our roof would need replacing, and he said no. He said one side of our roof needed replacing but the other side of the roof was good and did not need replacing. But I knew that they would have to replace the wood on part of my roof. I knew this because other companies told us the same thing. Fast forward to the installation. The foreman showed me one board to be replaced and said others would need replacing as well. I told him that I knew some boards would need replacing. When we got to the end of the installation, they informed me that they had replaced all of the wood. Seventy-Three sheets. I was never under the impression that all the wood would need to be replaced. I requested photographs of my roof to justify all of the wood being replaced. They sent photos and only one photo showed one piece of wood with mold. I informed them that I felt scammed. I was told they reviewed the photos and stood by their decision and apologized that the rep did not set the expectation. I brought to their attention that they evaluated that all of my wood needed replacing from photographs but their roof specialist who was in my crawl space, on top of my roof, and told me all the wood did not need replacing could not tell me that all the wood needed replacing. I am now responsible for you guessed it $6,000.00 in wood replacement. Convenient? Suspicious? Yeah. They are shady. I am sure it is also a pure coincidence that after I put down my deposit the balance is almost the exact amount we qualified for in financing plus $700.00. So, beware of Victors. Good product but you will pay for it, and they will deceive you out of every penny you qualify for."

"I am not pleased with the service I received! They damaged my waterline and stated someone would be out to fix it. It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

We think our company's history speaks to this goal and to the power of what we can accomplish by never settling. "We wanted to replace couple windows at the house. We found universal windows direct, Almost a week ago they were supposed to install the new windows, but they brought the wrong size windows (way smaller than what we have now), long story short they want to install these smaller windows inside the old windows, some how retrofit the old windows and get these in. We were never told or explain this. We were expecting window replacement. Now we can not get a hold of them to see when or if they are bringing the right size windows. Oh yeah do not do fall for the loan deal with them, they charge you with the loan on day one, 8 weeks before they're supposed to deliver the windows. Now we have a loan and no windows. They took the money and the windows and ghosted us, been calling every day to talk to them for a solution and every time they are not available."

"Save yourself time, frustration And money. Really honestly. I wish I never came across this company. signed our contract in april 28 2021. My “top of the line” 5 season sunroom… still not finished . Always waiting on parts, crew to come out etc. there is always an excuse with these business owners. Buyers, neighbors, friends … beware doing business which such company. Horrible communication doesn’t even do it Justice. We have had a wreck in our backyard since July 2021! It’s now March 2022 ? Check out these photos of how the aluminum conducts the cold air through as well as the windows causing it to freeze, yes frost on inside. Now in the day when worms up, there is literal puddles on our flooring, that we are wiping down daily to absorb all the moisture. This is with us having two dehumidifiers non stop on. I mean we live in Ohio, they claim you can use this all year round. What a joke ."

Eco-Seal Home Solutions has been drying up and fixing problem basements all across Ohio for years. We are located in the middle of Amish Country (Holmes County) which has provided us with an employee base that has helped hold a high standard in providing value to you the Customer!! Call us for STRAIGHT ANSWERS, SIMPLE SOLUTIONS.

"We had chalking around the base of our basement walls. We met the Eco-Seal representatives at a home show and set up an appointment for someone to come to our home to give an estimate for repairs. At the appointment we were told that we needed excavation around the house, waterproofing coating and membrane on the outside of the foundation, then a backfill of rock. We agreed to the process. What was not explained is that the drain tile that was going in the bottom of the trench would be emptying into our sump pump. As a matter of fact, during the process I was under the impression that it would empty into the downspout pipe that drains to the street. When the work was done, we started to notice that the sump pump was running every 10 minutes during rain. Before the work, it ran just a couple of times a year. I chalked it up to the system working to keep the moisture away. This past Sunday, we had a storm. The power went out for about an hour. The sump pump was not working. We bailed water for almost an hour to prevent our basement from flooding. On Monday, we called Eco-Systems and were told that it stated in our paperwork that the drain would empty into the pump. Sure enough in tiny, handwritten print, we found this statement. Now we have gone from having a little chalk on the floor to having the very real possibility of the entire basement flooding in case of a power outage. Tuesday night, after spending the day researching how to resolve this issue, the power went out again. MY HUSBAND AND I SPENT 5 HOURS, 48 MINUTES BAILING WATER AND RUNNING IT UP THE STAIRS IN BUCKETS. The water was coming in so fast, we couldn't stop the process or the sump would overflow. We ended up having a plumber in to install a battery backup sump. This will only work for a few hours during a power outage. We will eventually have to have a generator installed at a cost in the thousands so we can leave for vacations and such without having to be worried the entire time that the power will fail and our basement will flood. Eco-Seal did send out a representative today. He apologized for not having told us about this possibility. I repeatedly asked that he do so for future homeowners. This should be an informed decision on their part. I went so far as to suggest that there be a caution included in the written information given to prospective customers. I hope this company makes some changes based on our experience."

Insulation questions, answered by experts

High humidity, bad insulation, warmth from sunlight, and poor circulation are all reasons your home’s hotter inside than out. While this is what you want in the colder months, summer can become unbearable if this is a constant. Try to find the cause, but you need to remember that issues like this require a permanent fix (unless you want to bear down during the summer months).

Most projects take 1-3 days, depending on area size and insulation type.

The most energy-efficient windows are double—or triple-pane windows with low-emissivity (Low-E) coatings and gas fills between the panes. These windows reduce heat transfer, prevent drafts, and help maintain a consistent indoor temperature. But if replacing windows isn’t in your budget, pairing your existing windows with insulating window treatments can still make a noticeable difference in home comfort and monthly bills.

DIY is possible for basic rolls or batts, but professional installation ensures even coverage and efficiency.

Yes, you should insulate your PEX pipes if you’re wondering how to keep water pipes from freezing. Pipes in uninsulated rooms or outside the house should always be insulated. If you’re looking to save money, you may not always need to install insulation on PEX pipes that are running through interior walls with insulation.
