The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. The service man, Joe, came out the next morning, had a new pump/motor, and was able to install it in an hour (including draining and refilling of tub)--well done! Today is Thursday, and it is working fine. Joe was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. The cost was $850 ($125 service call, $125 labor, $600 pump/motor) and did not include disposal of my old pump/motor, but I would recommend this company and may hire them again because of the fast, reliable, headache-free service provided."
