About us
"Fix it right the first time" Karl's cell 330-620-0484 If I don't pick up I'm probably under a tub. I return all calls the same day. There has never been a hot tub I've not been able to quickly and accurately diagnose and repair. Many thousands have been repaired. I stock 99% of all hot tub parts in the van at all times, and the equipment / tools to install them properly. Most tubs are well designed and run without issues for 6 to 8 years. With accurate diagnosis, proper parts and proper installation your tub will perform for another 6 to 8 years, at a fraction of the cost of a new tub. Everyone's value of there own personal hot tub can be different. If it is time for it to go back to the hot tub God that it came from, we have a disposal service.

"Everyone's value and "Reliability" of their own tub can be different. You hired a professional and you got one. We do not install or sell used parts or parts bought online by you. You received an accurate diagnosis which is what you paid for, In a day or week or longer it will have the same issues or more, and unending game of musical chairs with your hot tub being more unreliable at your expense in the future. Cheating your hot tub on the right stuff will only cheat yourself. If it is not in the budget to do it right the first time. Commonly, people, wait till it is. Hot tub rarely accumulate additional issues when they are shut down properly."
"I think you know this, but we do not sell crystal balls or magic wands for $420.00 that makes all your hot tub leaks go away. We do not sell new hot tubs, nor do we sell service contracts for parts or labor that cover past, present, or future issues of any hot tub. Most hot tubs run, 24 hours 7 days week fixtures, non-stop for 6 to 8 years with no service call issues. Commonly work with customers, who is homeowner insurance or home warranty company may reimburse the customer for our service. That professional detailed copy of the receipt is given at the beginning of the service call and at the end of the service call. Parts and labor are easily understood by customer and potential reimbursement by their warranty company or insurance. Sometimes our service tech calls them during the service call, customers getting the direct fast number in advance from the company is usually fast. We stock most parts for all brands of hot tubs on the van at all times most issues are taken care of on the first visit. On occasion, we will have to special order parts... No fun but it is what it is...No person in this country works for free or at discounted prices."
"It is our standard daily company policy to provide you with our work order listing the work. Requiring your signature and the parts and labor must be paid in advance at the front door or outside anywhere. or kitchen table or it will not be provided or performed. That policy has never changed in over 20 years, since day 1, we have been in business and follow Federal and State law, very simple. Dress code ? Nobody is running around here in a three-piece suit fixing hot tubs, although it never hurts for you to ask, I guess."
"You are not in our system to schedule anything. nor have you ever been. Perhaps you accidentally almost hired some one else. But it was not us. Obviously you never met the company or person to find out who is wasting your time. I am aware if you fill out on line on Angi requesting an exact date and time on there software it will automatically go through being approved and agreed to by Angi and if you you pay 400 dollars in advance to Angi they will then try and find someone, else for you. A 1 Hot Tub Guy does not use any part of that scheduling software because it would be impossible for any business to actually use it. When you don't pay the 400 to angies and you specifically ask for us, you then get our contact information from them for free. Unfortunately for the last 10 years they have been doing that. All transactions for hot tubs is always between A 1 Hot tub guy and the customers directly, And your first transaction is to us when we arrive at your front door to actually start serving your hot tub. You should never have to pay angi and believe that money transfers to us. It does not. We pay a set fee for each customers information to angi. when we get your information we call, text email in 15 seconds or less, and there a real person from A 1 Hot Tub Guy who knows exactly what there doing. Fixing Hot tubs is very, very specialized work and wanna Bees are trying to schedule a time where your not around, so you don't meet them in the act of them having no clue what there doing, and you don't need to be experienced at fixing hot tubs to know that you have the wrong one, but don't take that anger and mistrust out at us, when you actually finally found us, and we provide honest for honest pay very simple also."
"You hired us to give you an initial assessment of your hot tub. you agreed to it, and you paid for it And we provided the service. It took us a minimum of 1 hour or less and cost you 400 for the assessment/estimate only. Paying Us 400.00 to assess your tub is not a magic wand that makes any part of your hot tub new again or has any warranty and is non refundable. We have never serviced your Hot tub in past and do not offer service contracts to cover past present or future issues of all customer hot tubs. And that includes yours. The parts and labor to actually fix it is what it is, and your choice to fix it or not. But now you know what it will cost to fix it. Let me address your fears with the facts. All electrical issues and plumbing for all brands of all hot tubs works the same and malfunction the same but each normally fails according to the amount of time each part runs a few parts run 24/7 and will fail at the 6 or 8 year time, pretty impressive no appliance or car is that reliable.. New hot tubs commonly run 24/7 nonstop for 6 to 8 years or longer sometimes 20 years plastic plumbing similar to the white pvc in your home can easily go longer and when it freezes with ice from an oops its usually breaks at at a few fittings and is a minor repair which lasts as same amount of time as all the glued fittings in the tub. the amount of leaks is unknown until the pumps and motors are running at full speed. the remaining electric pumps and motors sometimes 2 or 3 only run when you turn them on, and can commonly last 2 to 3 times longer than the 6 to 8 year mark. To accurately diagnose which part or parts are bad the wire to each part is cut and tested individually to run on it's own, self proving it runs a minute or two to prove itself to be a happy part or not. Splicing and hooking any wires back up would cause more damage to the parts that are good ! After initial assessment is done usually in the first hour or less time, customer can relax a little bit and decide what to do. We keep copies of our work orders handily for 2 years. Usually hot tubs don't accumulate additional issues, when you hire someone who knows exactly what there doing and provides honest work for honest pay to finish it at the customers time of convenience.
