"Stay far away from this company. They destroy thing and then push blame on the customer. Had electrical updated and central air installed. 2 years we have had nothing but issues with our heating and cooling ..extremely high electric bills, unit running non stop, water dripping from our vents. Had beltz come out numerous times because of our house not cooling well in summer or heating well in winter. Proof of pictures, conversations, everything. After so many excuses why our furnance wasnt running properly we figured out cold air was blowing through the side of our house due to the main trunk to our duct work in attic had been smashed by Beltz when they were doing electrical to our bathroom. They came out and fixed the damage they cause that they admitted to but now I have mold in my attic ONLY on the side where it was broken. They denied my claim and are now pretty much saying I'm lying?!? but yet you fixed the duct work?? And your going to tell me your employees are too incompetent."

We are a family owned and operated business offering heating & cooling and installation services in the Logan and surrounding counties. Honesty and quality work is what we do, and a satisfied customer is always our goal. We accept all standard types of payment and can also provide financing.
"Kyle did a great job of tackling the issue that the previous repair company didn't want to deal with. He spoke and dressed very professionally and didn't try to upcharge me for services that were unneeded. I feel like he is someone who I can trust and spent his time well working the entire time he was here. He seemed very knowledgeable about the issue and how to tackle it. I'm worried about other companies who just try to sell a new unit rather than fixing them. I'm glad to say that he didn't try to sell a new unit but to repair the one we had. He spoke with us about the many options that we could have done so we could decide ourselves how we wanted to proceed. Definitely a must hire, and top of my recommendations list. The best thing about hiring him was to see someone of the younger generation getting into the trade skills. I'm glad to have him and hope he is around to be my long-term repairman. He even spoke with us after the job was done when I had questions about a furnace and how much new ones cost. He didn't try to push me into a sale but answered my question with a smile."

Heating Oil questions, answered by experts
While it's generally safe to stay in a home with a coolant leak if your home is properly ventilated, it's important to have a professional come out to assess the situation right away. You should evacuate your home if you notice any powerful fumes. Additionally, you should leave your home if you are experiencing headaches or dizziness.
An evaporator or swamp cooler is a common alternative for small spaces. These coolers blow moist air into a space to help cool it down. They are more affordable than misters and use much less water. However, coolers will not have the same cooling effect as misters, cannot help plants survive the heat, and only reach a small area.

DIY maintenance like filter cleaning is possible, but professional servicing ensures proper pressure, refrigerant levels, and loop performance.
You need to service an HVAC system about twice per year, with a service including an inspection and basic maintenance. It’s best to schedule maintenance in the spring (after the furnace has been running and before the AC kicks on) and in the fall (after the AC worked hard all summer and before winter’s first chill arrives).
Regular HVAC services will keep the system working as efficiently as possible, saving you money on utilities and larger repairs. HVAC maintenance costs around $250 per visit, while bigger repairs from forgotten upkeep could cost thousands.
