"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

I hired someone else to finish the work. 2nd project: Removed door and repositioned on another wall where there was set of steps to outside. Installed door but did not do adjustment and repair on the stairs. because they were promised to another job. They left my job for few days and promised to return to finish the stairs and suggested I hold back some money until then.($500) However, when he returned he wanted $2500 more to make the exterior staircase "to code"!! He knew the circumstances of this job upon the original bid. There is not $2500 "extra" dollars in the budget. I asked that he put the window back but he wanted to charge me again to do that. Now I am left with a door to a dangerous side steps. Was this ethical? Also I had to call several times to remove the debris including wire screen used to surround the railing. He doubted it was his but I assured him it was original to the deck. That was in 2015/2016 and I do not know if his current circumstances and or if the employees have changed. However, this issue still remains and done with the owner."
