The report was given the next day and pointed out all of the issues but were not super detailed. However, it was easy to follow and not at all confusing. Every, and I mean every, outlet, every window , dryer vent, sink, the list could go on. This sounds over the top but he truly is so much better than the 3 other inspectors I have had for my other houses. Great explanation in person as well as detailed printed report the next day.
