They were primarily a waterproofing company, but said they had the solutions to my issues. 3 months after they were complete, my walls cracked and shifted again. (Note, in the attached photos, the patchwork quilt on the walls was the OTHER company.) OBA fixed my issues the correct way. And they were great at every step. The work crew Caleb, Delontae, and Dylan were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Caleb made sure to explain what was happening as they did the work and ask if I had questions. The work was thorough, and I feel good about it. And even better, they'll be out in 6 months to ensure everything is working as it should and make adjustments if needed."

And now they're saying that I waited too long. I didn't, I called, I called before yesterday. I called two or three times. And I talked to someone that I thought would be Jessica. Seems to be very nice and curious. And she seemed, The conscience about her job. But today I couldn't even get her on the phone. They said that she wasn't about Queue and I couldn't even talk to the manager or the the CEO or the owner. I don't know what has qualifications are. That they said he he wasn't answering his phone. And that I I but they did have another girl that I have never talked to and she was. She just basically said, hey lady, U sinus contract. And we've we've scheduled and I said, I know you scheduled that I've called since it was scheduled to ask. Questions and I said, I haven't been able to get any answers. And, she basically said, well, Too bad. We're keeping the money. And she also added before she hung up. And you're going to have to pay this whole amount, whether we do the work or not. In other words, it was a threat. That they were going to take us to court. I said you are entirely not. Allowed to spike, speak to me that way. Maybe your company lets you. But if you were in my, if you worked for my company, you would have been fired right now. My arrogant way that you talk to me."
