"Wayne was the first to respond to a request for estimating repair of my enclosed porch. The walls had deteriorated over time and one had blown in during a winter storm. He suggested that I replace the walls with an open railing porch, which was a huge cost savings. After I gave him a deposit, he came with his crew the following week and completed the tear-down and build in less than a day. I couldn't be more pleased; my neighbors and friends have commented on how nice the new porch looks, and adds to the appearance of the house and property. Wayne is quick, efficient and affordable. "I paid the $50.00 and I was supposed to get a "free" estimate and then get $300.00 worth of repairs. They gave me an estimate ($5,000)...wanted to dig 30 feet along the outside of the wall where the water was coming in.  The place where it leaks is only a 4 feet wide section - where the window well is located.
I emailed them to ask questions and they never answered the email.
So, I got nothing for my $50.00 except a "free" estimate.
