Greenix has called and resolved this situation to my satisfaction. They have proven quite thoroughly that they care about their company's integrity and the customer service provided by it's agents. I have revised my initial grading accordingly.
Original Review:
I canceled my first appointment with Greenix Pest Control after waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time and two phone calls ending up in their voicemail. The new customer coupon and great Angie's List rating (at the time) was tempting enough to bite. Now I read their Facebook page and apparently this is a long standing issue with them. I definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time with this company. Their FB page also lists complaints of being charged even when no service was provided; that better not happen here!"

"The owner. Jake, came out the same day we called him. It took time but our mice and squirrel issues in the attic have been resolved. Now we can sleep at night in peace and quiet. Not high pressured and professional. Thanks Jake and Dustin!"

"Prompt, courteous, professional, and on time. They worked quickly, did the sweep, and even took pictures and identified masonry issues with the top of the chimney, which we were able to use to get our HOA to make repairs. Good service and good deal...would definitely use again.
