"Friday of Memorial Day Weekend , temps in the mid 80's and the AC decides to stop working with company coming... Looked on the list for providers and found a couple, including Kasidonis...they had lots of reviews with an A rating...called them.
Lovely young lady answering the phone was pleasant. I explained the issue and she said they booked solid till after 6pm but they were willing to come out for service on that same day! She was patient as I checked with my husband and we confirmed the appointment but said they would call before they came out to the house.
Husband got a call at noon saying they were able to come then and not have to sit/wait till 6pm in the heat. Service person was professional and friendly. He described what he was doing, explained what the issue was, had to run out to get a part that he needed and quickly fixed it up! Within an hour and a half, it was cool again!
Holiday weekend...last minute call...and it was fixed quickly without any stress!!! So thankful for this team of professionals! Hopefully we won't need repair anytime soon, but if we do...we will not hesitate to contact them first! "
