"With the goal of replacing all flooring in the house (including conversion from carpet to hardwood) the company owner provided prompt on-site consultation.  This project needed to be coordinated with a gut and remodel of the kitchen and powder room. I have a large one story home built in 1981 which still had original roof. Bob worked with me to choose best color for the new  roof. He uses a good quality shingle. Bob worked with me to figure out best way to approach the skylight replacement. We built some flexibility into the contract because when replacing a roof, you do not know what you will encounter under the shingles. Ended up only had to replace 4 sheets of plywood. The work crew he sent to do the job had top notch workers .They  showed up when expected. They were careful to never leave the job site at the end of each day until my roof was waterproof against any possible  rainstorms. They were courteous and they cleaned up the job site each day before leaving. The new roof and skylights look great.
