"Keaton and his team are garden fairies! I would spend hours on my planters and then I found Unique by Design. My planters look absolutely gorgeous and it saves me so much time! The customer service is amazing. The employees are polite and very efficient and do a great job cleaning up the mess... Barb went out of her way to even clean up some of my own mess! "I live alone so I was hesitant on who I wanted to bring into my home to help me out, but I was unable to do the work myself and I needed it done ASAP I didnâ t have time to wait for another company to take a week to come out. I called and explained my issues and what id like done, that day they were here, very courteous towards me and respectful. He walked around looked and what I needed and listened as well I really liked that. By the end of the day everything I needed was repaired, and installed and to the specs I wanted even though some of what I wanted was a bit unusual. I appreciate the respect and professional manner it was all dealt with. I will gladly recommend to others and family. Thank you!!"
