He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"From start to finish, Dave, Eli, Susan, and Mike were nothing but helpful and professional. Our new kitchen cabinets are truly high quality and gorgeous! They are furniture quality built to our exact specifications. After our initial meeting, Eli came to our house with samples of door designs and wood colors. While we decided what we wanted, he took extensive measurements of our kitchen to ensure that all of our new cabinets would fit exactly. He had suggestions as to how we could improve the layout and functionality of our kitchen. We received drawings to approve and were able to make changes to details like moving the location of the trash, the width of the spice pullout, and where the knife block would be located. Both Eli and Susan were tremendously helpful and didn't hesitate to make the changes that we requested. Mike, the installer, was careful, talented, and one of the nicest people we have ever worked with. He and his assistant did a superior job with the installation of the cabinets and the crown moulding. My husband is a retired union carpenter who knows wood and quality craftsmanship.
