"We had Victors Home Solutions come out for an inspection - we knew our roof needed help but did not know how much. They came out, got on the roof and even in the attic. They showed us all the pictures and videos of what they found then gave us OPTIONS. Crazy in this day and age to not have someone just cram a new roof down your throat when you cant afford that big of a project. Ultimately we hired them to do a partial replacement. The crew was onsite within a week, they keep us informed every step of the way and clean up was perfect. Very happy customer!"

"Seem legit at first until he showed up in a car with no equipment and tried cleaning my main drain with a hand held snake from Harbor freight made for kitchen and bathroom sinks. Then proceeded to tell me they could go rent a real snake and do the job for 5 times the quoted price bring it to over 500 dollars. They took my money and ran. Told me to call a bigger company like Roto Rooter that has the proper equipment to do the job. But only after a failed attempt with improper tools for the job. No discount or refund. Definitely wasted my time and money. I would never use them for anything again. Dissatisfied customer. "

We provide residential maintenance, repair and remodeling services, specializing in emergency plumbing & heating installation and repair, basement finishing and kitchen/bathroom remodels.

"I paid Mr. Phomalee $1275 to do some bathroom remodeling work that he'd initially stated he'd be able to begin between Christmas and New Years this past December. After not showing up at that time, he proceeded to promise that work would begin on eight separate dates, missing all of them. During this time I received no communication from Mr. Phomalee unless I initiated it, and when I did he made an excuse related to his vehicle or family each time. Finally, I informed Mr. Phomalee that I needed him to return the funds paid to him as it had become clear he had no intention of doing the work for which he had been contracted. He informed me at that time that his previous excuses had been lies, that he had used the money I'd paid him for gambling, and that he most recently had not been able to due the work because he'd been trying to secure a loan to cover "the bad checks [he] had written to gamble so [he] didn't go to jail". So, I'm now in a position where I've had an unusable shower for two months, and will be forced to seek legal action against Mr. Phomalee to attempt to recover my money."
