"I hired S&L for several projects to assist on finish work for a new house I was building. The work included installing cabinetry in the kitchen, baths and laundry room. Custom building shelving in several closet and a pantry. Doing stone and tile work. Also finish trim in various areas around the house. The team did excellent work, were very conscientious about the work and also very clean and respectful about the work and our needs. I would highly recommend them for any type of project. "Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

Once I decided to use them, they completed the work in 2 days. Before they could start, they had to tear up some of the work from the first contractor because it wasn't done correctly. "I give the highest praise and recommendation for hiring Bradley. He repaired a damaged tile Pony wall in between the shower and tub. He did a perfect job. He went out of his way to find the exact tile I had, and even found the builder who installed it without me asking . That’s how I originally met him since then he has fixed a leak in a large window that no one could fix. He has excavated an improper pipe that was put in my yard and put in a new drainage pipe. He has helped me with other contractors who I had problems with by assessing and guiding. He took down and put back a vinyl fence gate , and fixed it better than the fence company. He is dependable honest and a perfectionist. He’s a great communicator a great family man and I give him the highest recommendation. He is experienced talented professional. Because it is his own business he takes great pride in his work."
