"I called this contractor for a estimate and they were here within 2 days. We had them add a stamped patio, and replace our driveway and garage floor. After accepting their estimate they began work when stated. They did a great job for us and I would highly recommend this vompany."

"They communicated very well. They also prepped the building very well. They walked me through what they were going to do and made sure I was educated on what they were going to do with the spray foam and when they completed spraying they did an excellent job cleaning up the prep and scraped down any excess spray foam on the studs so it could have metal put on the inside of the building."

"Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"We were able to come to terms on 3 bathroom painting projects.   Overall Dave is very responsive and punctual.  He definitely shows up when he says he will and that goes a long way.  Finish on paint is ok, but not the best.   I think that his dry wall work is very good and prep is pretty good.   Overall contractor I would give a good rating or a B.  Definitely not as bad as some of the contractors we have utilized so maybe with the market so busy he would be acceptable and does decent work for the price.   He definitely finishes his projects as well.   Overall B experience."

Concrete Cutting questions, answered by experts

This all depends on the tools you have on hand and whether you’re trying to cut a straight line or shapes.

The best tool to use for straight lines is either a circular saw or table saw. When cutting shapes, a jigsaw will be the easiest and most precise tool to use.

Costs depend on unit complexity, labor, wall mounting needs, and additional accessories like floating shelves.

It will likely take an experienced pro less than an hour to install a ground rod, which is another reason why letting them handle the job is such a good idea. Safety concerns aside, it would likely take you much longer to install a ground rod if you decided to take this one as a DIY job.

The best thing to cut metal pipe is a durable pipe cutter that is made for metal. You may want to measure the diameter of the pipes before purchasing a pipe cutter to ensure it will be able to cut your metal pipes. Opt for a heavy-duty option to cut through metal like steel or cast iron.

Since water heaters are primarily made of metal, they’re commonly accepted by scrap yards and collectors. Don’t expect to fetch a high price, though—water heaters are mostly steel and aluminum, which aren’t high-value metals. Some components are made of more valuable metals, like brass and copper, but they’re a small portion of the heater and won’t affect the price much.
