"Exceptionally well. Our fireplace was dull and boring. Needed a face lift. My wife and I visited their showroom. There were numerous types of stone and mantels to choose from. Brenda was extremely helpful. We picked out a stone and mantel we liked. We also ordered a blue stone heart (see picture). Frank & Austin stopped by, took measurements and gave us a few ideas. We then received a quote for all work to be performed. We had received a quote from another contractor we had used for windows and doors, and quite honestly their estimate was ridiculously high. Day of Install. Frank and Anthony were polite, professional & were quite experienced in this type of upgrade to the fireplace. They cleaned up when they were done and answered any questions I had. Total time to completion was two days. I am not sure what else to write, except that we are impressed by this company, its employees and the work product. If you are considering a fireplace face lift or possible a new fireplace or exterior fireplace work - contact Northeastern Fireplace and Design."
