Several months back we wanted to update our detached 2 car garage and build an attic for storage and finish the inside. Having met with numerous contractors Robert stood out to us the most due to his meticulous thought process, creative ideas and his flexibility. Rather than providing us a basic quote he proposed numerous ideas on how to make the garage best suit our needs. Before even committing to Robert he wrote a detailed proposal with a variety of options, allowing us to make an educated decision based upon our budget. Once we signed up to work with him, we met several times even before beginning the project to go over the process and our wishlist. As Robert got to know us as a family he also made helpful suggestionsâ for example installing a spotlight for our dogs, installing an outlet in the garden so we could have string lights on the fence in the summertime, increasing the amps in our garage panel box, and recommending a steel beam to span our garage so we didnâ t need a support pole in the middle of the floor space. Never once did he make a decision without consulting us and went over the prices with us for modifications to the original plan. Truly transparent! His crew was nice as can be, as well as neat and tidy. They improved the overall aesthetics on the exterior of our garage by replacing broken siding and installing new lights.
