A part needed to be custom manufactured and that took a few days - they then came and installed that part to reinforce the structure of the second beam and then using steel cables reinforced the integrity of the building by pulling the joists back into their positions and preventing further separation."

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
