  Penny is a AAA+++ realtor. We had to short sell our L.A. house quickly, however we are based in NJ. We discovered Penny using Angie's List. Angie's list did not put us wrong, quite the opposite. We could not have wished for a better realtor. Penny had organized one open day, and had over 100 potential buyers pass through. We got three tenable offers from that day alone. Penny was highly efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Penny, in conjunction with Patsy Clevenger of Dilbeck realtors, directed and fully coordinated everything throughout the entire process of a short sale. They both worked well beyond whats was required, they aimed to save us every penny they could. We came out of the short sale with no cash outlay. To exemplify just how far Penny (and Patsy) went to ensure this sale. The prior tenants had left the place in an awful condition discovered the day (Sunday) after they had moved out. There were holes in walls, amazing amounts of trash, some chattels. Penny was there on late Sunday night getting the locks changed although she lives 1 hour away. On Monday, with closing on Friday. Penny organized everything to be removed, while Patsy plastered the holes in the wall herself and cleaned the entire house.
