"10 minutes after I entered the need for emergency services for a clogged drain Jorge contacted me. 20 minutes later he was at my home. We showed him the clogged toilet, shower and garage, he removed the toilet (which cost extra) unfortunately, due to the amount of pressure shitty water was everywhere. He snaked the toilet and was able to reach the problem, someone put baby wipes and paper towels in the toilet. He helped clean up. Fortunately, my husband had a wet vac. "Overall everything went well. They were very responsive, came around 8:30 each day when I was told they’d arrive between 8-9, and the owner checked in on the worker each day. I was pleased he put up a plastic sheet to block off the area while sanding so the dust didn’t end up all over. The person doing the work did need to borrow our screwdriver and use a garbage bag so it was slightly surprising he didn’t have everything he’d need himself. Additionally there are a few noticeable scrape marks in the mud which will need to be patched up. For the most part though we are happy with the work and how efficient they were."
