After 2 months of promising, the work will be done. And no work done and my lawyer sending him a letter saying he must return my money and him promising my real estate agent that he would return the money today, not surprised there was no check-in my mailbox today.

What a scam!!! this guy took a total of $10,800 in deposits and never paid his engineer to do the work; He kept promising me it would be done. Now the closing on my house that I am selling is all messed up! This guy is a fraud, DO NOT USE!!!!

Kevin was great and I couldn?t have asked for someone better to help me repair my septic. A true professional. He was responsive right from the moment I called and kept in touch throughout the process, even calling to let me know he would be a few minutes later than we had planned. He was sensitive to my timing, well organized and very efficient, completing the repair quickly and even improving my setup. If you have septic issues, Kevin should be your first and last call.

It was a smooth process, Kevin was able to handle the approval process of getting the permits I needed for the install of my septic as well of installing at a reasonable price.

Stole deposit and ran. $10,000 was taken and not returned. Went completely ghost and won't answer back.

This company started our septic and only finished 3/4 of the job. Little K Construction told us the job had been fully completed we paid him in full. The only reason we found out the septic was not working was due to it backing up. We then contacted Kevin and we just gave us lies after lies not to mention excuses. We then had to finish the septic on our own leaving us with paying out of our own pocket. I would not recommend him.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use Kevin Little of Little construction for anything. He took our money as a deposit and did no work at all on our house. I had to chase after him to even start the work on the job that he bid on. For 6 weeks he kept telling me the project would start next week....I finally fired him and he didnt give our money back until I posted this bad review and threatened to file a complaint with the attorney general. Then, all of a sudden, I hear from him. It is to ask me to take this review down!!! Do yourself a favor and do not get scammed!!!

I cannot say enough about Little K. The owner, Kevin, went above and beyond to finish the job so we could close on time. He was also much better priced than the other quotes I got. I 100% would recommend Little K Constrion to my family and friends.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LITTLE K and KEVIN LITTLE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!. THEY SHOULD GET ZEROES!!! I hired him to install a new septic tank in our summer cabin in HIGHLAND LAKES and complete the groundwork necessary. Kevin Little procrastinated for three years- he lied to us constantly about when he was going to finish the work and at the end of three years he STILL did not complete the groundwork so our grounds were still unfinished. . He only finished when our realtor and lawyer who knew him told him we were drawing up a lawsuit- We finally sold our house- but the aggravation was unbelievable. He has no right to be doing what he does. STAY AWAY!!!

I needed a specific septic repair and tank replacement in Fayson Lakes for a closing which was somewhat complicated and had to be done within a short timeframe. Little K Construction answered my calls, responded quickly and came up with a solution in the time frame I needed at a very reasonable cost. Little K was easy to work with, efficient, courteous, realistic (never over promised) and went the extra mile for my unique situation. Great job, great people, very well done!

Amazing customer service! We needed a repair and replacement of the septic system for the sale of my home. I work with a lot of contractors in the building industry, this was top-notch service. The work was completed in the timeline during a very difficult winter... they made it happen. Everyone on the job was polite, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Kevin walked me through every step of the process and always kept me updated which made a very stressful situation move along flawlessly.

Working with Little K Construction was so smooth and easy. Kevin provided an amazing quote and even with the additional delays we had from the town/unforseen weather conditions. The septic tank replacement was completed flawlessly. With Kevin it is easy to communicate, he answered all our questions and even gave us 1st time home sellers much needed advice. My experience with Kevin was exceptional. Kevin came on the date and time stated in the agreement and replaced my new septic tank without flores. I have used Kevin on previous jobs, and was elated when he contacted me on this job. I must also add that the price I was charged beat many by far. Thank you Kevin for being so honest and fair.

Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Installation was supposed to be complete by September 15. Not done by December. Many excuses and failures to show up as promised. Getting a return phone call was a challenge. It appears Kevin Little has quite a reputation for failing to complete contracted services. Despite assurances to the contrary, Mr. Little failed to provide proof that he ever actually purchased the septic tank we contracted for. Several contractors have since commented that this is standard procedure for Kevin and that they often are hired after the fact to complete the messes he creates. Would never consider Little K Construction/Kevin Little in the future.

Kevin called me immediately which I really appreciated since we were moving and needed the repair on our septic done right away. They showed up when they promised and did a very neat job. I would highly recommend them.

The job was a septic alteration consisting of raising indoor plumbing,adding a new septic tank, and also adding a new drainage. Working in a tight area due to trees, a pool, and also a shed Kevin, John, and Travis did an excellent job from start to finish. They installed all plumbing and a new septic tank in a timely manner very thorough and neat. They finished by top soil, seeding, and haying the yard it looked like they were never there. I would highly recommend Little K to anyone who is needing to repair or install a septic tank.

Little K Construction did the whole septic removal and installation in 1 week. They were always on time, had the right equipment, and had materials delivered in a timely manner to keep on our tight schedule to ensure a smooth closing on the sale of our residence. Keith also scheduled the inspections required by the health department along the way, In short, we had a really good experience with our septic project because we hired Keith Little.

If you are looking for a friend then Kevin is your man, If you are looking for dependability.....not so much. I found Kevin to be very honest and helpful throughout the process but the worker that he put in charge of most of the project was unprofessional at best.final gradeing was left up to me at a substancial cost. Even though there were rain days, there were plenty of days where there could have been work done. Therefore a 4 day job was turned into 4 weeks+. I would recommend little k with caution..
