Larry Downer is not fast or slip-shod. He is meticulous in his work, and asked daily if I like what he has done, and do I have any complaint which in all good conscience I must say not a single one. I like that his wife help as well. That shows Family pride. And he absolutely takes pride in his work. He's not cheap, but in the contracting field you get what you pay for. "When you can get Rick to show up to the job he and his crew do quality work. Getting him there on time as scheduled has proven to be difficult. Currently (10/20/2021) Rick has been fully paid and my job has sat half finished for over a month now. Doesn't really respond to my messages and when he does it's more of the same, "sorry been busy". In my opinion not worth the chance of having same thing happen to you, you want to be confident that your going to get what you pay for, and sorry to say that's not Rick."
