I like that his wife help as well. That shows Family pride. And he absolutely takes pride in his work. He's not cheap, but in the contracting field you get what you pay for. Currently (10/20/2021) Rick has been fully paid and my job has sat half finished for over a month now. Doesn't really respond to my messages and when he does it's more of the same, "sorry been busy".
