"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. "I contacted Complete Painting And Repair for a free estimate and they were quick to return my call.  The next day, Scott stopped by and we walked the property and he provided an estimate.  Within the next week, I received three other estimates from competitors. Complete Painting and Repair gave me the best bid and also left me with confidence that they'd do the job well.
I provided Scott with the colors for the deck and house.  He took care of acquiring the paint.  It took approximately two weeks for the job to begin and another week to finish the job after it had began.    This was primarily due to an unfortunate streak of bad luck with weather. 
I was very happy with the work and plan to solicit Complete Painting and Repair soon for a bid on some interior work.

He explained that because some paint came off the walls when I removed two old decals, those areas would need to be skim coated. The estimate seemed reasonable.
