"He replaced outdoor plumbing for spout and did some took off some siding of the house. He did an excellent job and provided a very reasonable price. He give free estimate and he come back 2 days later and got finished the job . H e was all work and no talk and had no delay. He was spectacular .and He knew how to access 35 year old pipe that was in the siding. It was great. He place everything in perfect edition and I'd even recommended him on the app next door. I even left his name for others to contact for general contracting needs. I plan to call him again."

"I don't often leave reviews, but I still feel taken advantage of by this company. Let me start by saying that the man who came to my house was very nice, professional, friendly, etc. That was not my issue. My issue is that they charge 49 dollars to come out (fully advertised) but still it puts you in a spot that once they give you a quote you have already "dumped" 49 dollars to get them there so you are more likely to say yes. The guy went down and informed me he had to cut through the drywall to get to the pipe, which I knew. I didn't have the right tool to do it and they came quickly. I figured how much could it cost to cut a 3x3 foot hole in my wall? Well, I found out. He quoted me 150.00 dollars. I knew that was a lot, but he said he was going to bill for 3/4 of an hour (45mins), but assured me it would "not take that long." I went down to the basement to watch and it took about 3 minutes. So here I was at 200.00 dollars and all that had actually been accomplished was a hole in my wall. He then quoted me the job and it was an additional 355.00 dollars. This is when I said "thanks, but no thanks." I tried to give a coupon of 25 dollars off "service," but was informed that he didn't actually perform a service. I guess charging me 150 dollars to cut drywall isn't considered a service. So 200.00+ dollars later I was left with a 3x3 hole in my drywall and had to call another plumber to finish the job (for half the price). Friendly service, prompt service, but couldn't help but feel I had been taken for a ride."

"My kitchen sink backed up on Christmas Eve... plunging and clog solutions did NOT work. The day after Christmas, Rooter-Man was the only vendor who was able to send a technician. He showed up on time and determined that the clog was in a second trap way down the pipe in the basement. He was able to remove this vestige from a century ago, and replaced it with a new, straight PVC pipe section to prevent any future clogs. He also reconfigured the old elongated trap under the kitchen sink for better flow. I'm extremely satisfied with the work that he did to solve the problem and get my kitchen back to normal!"

"This is my second time utilizing Sergey and his team at V & S Tile LLC. Four years ago, when we first purchased our home, a 1800s farm house we had them retile our floors in the kitchen, pantry, and bathroom. The floors at the time were horrible and pitched and they did an excellent job on making the floors look beautiful. When it came time to remodel our bathroom we first received a quote from a larger company. We wanted a second quote to compare it to and were happy to find the V & S Tile also did bathroom remodels. Sergey was quick to come out for a quote, took a lot of time to ask all of the important questions, gather measurements, and take photographs. V & S Tile’s quote was several thousands of dollars less than that of the other company. Throughout the length of the project I was impressed by both the hard work and friendly demeanor of V & S’s employees. During the week the only time I really seen them slow down or stop working was when they had conversations with me about the work or the property in general. The group as a whole seemed to take pride in their work and operate like a family business. Upon completion my wife and I were both very pleased with the project. Sergey’s team completed the work ahead of what the larger company had quoted which we were also grateful for as it meant use of the bathroom sooner. Sergey took the time to match the fixtures, door, and trim to that of the rest of the house and the bathroom looked great.
